The place has been a bit jumpy since new management, but it seems like it's in good hands.

The apartment was decent for the price. Not great, but not bad. I lived here for 3 years due to proximity of work. I lived alone with no pets and maintained...

Wow, so let’s begin. For the first three years of living here we had our share of problems, with rent increasing by $200 for these unfixed problems. Then, on year four, we were asked to vacate our apartment for renovations. We vacate into a “newly renovated” single bedroom apartment (my wife and I) and boy has it been bad. Firstly, they removed the cabinets in the kitchen to open up the space between the living room and kitchen. Yes it opens the space, but nearly half of the kitchens storage space has been removed in the process (genius…). The appliances are new in style but not in operation, with the fridge door sometimes refusing to stay shut and one of the four stove tops (like the old apartment) sits unevenly. The bathroom is always a joke. Again, like the old apartment, expect the towel rack to fall off the wall within the first two weeks of your stay. Also a month in and the lever to our bathroom sink’s drainage just broke and popped out. The baseboard on the walls are already coming off, we found nails (both rusted and new) along with cigarette butts left between the cracks of our patio. Every contractor they’ve ever hired has done a half-*** job at best. This place holds little difference to the old one, even though it’s “renovated”. And the best part is we’re now paying $400 more a month after being kicked out and $600 more from when we first moved in during 2018. It’s like a sick joke and we’re the butt of it.
