Conveniently waste your money by renting here! You will wake up to no water weekly. If you call emergency maintenance you will be asked to fix the problem yourself. Take a walk by and see if you can even recognize the place-it looks nothing like the pictures...
Edited March 8, 2020, to add photos of a window in my unit for which I put in a maintenance request January 6th, 2020. I was promised it would be fixed in two days or less. Some days they tell me a window has been ordered and some days they say they still have to measure...
This is only one of several constant issues here. One Sunday I came home to find my entire unit filled with methylene chloride from bathtub refinishing without ventilation in the unit below mine. Even after opening all my windows and ventilating my unit in the middle of winter, I couldn't stop throwing up and emergency maintenance not only refused to help but asked me to confront the men doing the work...so I took my dog to a hotel so we didn't die/freeze and they refuse to reimburse me. That wasn't the only time my apartment was filled with fumes-just ask South Metro Fire Department...Quiet hours promised in the lease are not upheld, and their excuse is "We don't live on the property". Of course they wouldn't because it is unsafe and mismanaged by AMCLLC. The only way they could remedy this situation is to let me out of my lease, which they have said they can only do with 60 days notice, and almost $5000 in fees.
