Of the three requests made, none have been addressed. The door to the third floor, West door of building 4, is still very hard to open. After almost 6 months none of the hallway painting has been done. The fire box at the entrance is still just a hole in the wall. No one has check about restretching my carpeting.

I have only ever had a fantastic experience with Mike Boulden. Through all the maintenance request and just everyday interactions he’s a great worker and a very friendly person to see on a daily basis.

I have lived here at the Station apartments now for 14 years!, Mike the maintenance man and Jackie the community manager are the best people for any service that might be needed or any questions I could have. It is a pleasure to live here knowing those two are here for all of us the residents! Thank you

I lived here one year; is comfortable and very close to Downtown. The manager Jackie is very friendly and she helped me a lot everytime I had doubts

Lived here for over 2 years. It was great at first, then they got new management. As soon as the change was made , we found rats that had tunneled up from underground and they refused to do anything about it. They had some people do a walk through and they broke our very expensive TV. When I spoke with them about it, they said they didn't even touch the TV and they are not responsible. Recommend finding another place unless you love rats and broken stuff.
