Ashley is organized, thorough, and reliable. She has always been very responsive to my questions and in following up on requests. She is a community builder. Her interactions with me an her communications to tenants are always professional with a touch of personal, which goes a long way in making the owners and property management company appear more human. I have had a great experience at the Station Apts!

Of the three requests made, none have been addressed. The door to the third floor, West door of building 4, is still very hard to open. After almost 6 months none of the hallway painting has been done. The fire box at the entrance is still just a hole in the wall. No one has check about restretching my carpeting.
