The station apartments Is associated with k e t r i n g. Apartments in Littleton, the owner is AMC Management LLC. Please look at their Better Business Bureau BBB before you rent from The Station or Ketring Park Apartments. Bad reviews.
Complaints go unanswered. Renters were drunk aloud their toddlers to run around NUDE at 1-1:30 am. all over the complex, IFile complaint, received no response. For the most part my complaints were not responded to or handled properly like the BED BUG issue that still haunts me today.
Grounds are not well maintained.
They allow illegal activity and don't hold resident accountable.
Try to evict disabled, even though all rent was paid, never late including utilities. Roommate refused to pay his rent now holding my deposit hostage $2200, as my roommate won't pay his rent.
Apparently, I will be seeing them in court.
I contend, parts of the very long lease(I would read every paragraph) are unconscionable or illegally one sided. e.g they state if you if paries go to court you can not have a jury, that is patently false and so on..be careful with AMC that manages The Station and Ketring Park Apartments, you may regret it.
Renters don't pick up after dod feces.
Not worth the money. Also, unfortunately there are homeless people around the area. Do you feel bad for them.
