I have lived at The Station for about a year now. Rent for a one-bedroom is fair and includes a washer/dryer unit, dishwasher, balcony, and more. It seems to be an older, well-made building and the apartments have been remodeled. The kitchen sink has a nice size to it. Sometimes, you can hear walking/living noise from apartment to apartment, but it is understandable and not much to complain about. The staff is very nice and professional. They go a long way to keep everything maintained and communicate well. I am happy to have an apartment at this community and just renewed the lease. Thank you.

The Station apartments are quiet, the grounds and buildings are well-kept, and the area is very safe. Whenever I've had issues with appliances, Mike, the maintenance guy, is super quick to fix things and the main office is very responsive. The apartment is comfortable and access to downtown Littleton restaurants is excellent. Yes, this complex is close to the Light Rail, but the sound of the train every once in a while doesn't bother me at all; it's quiet enough that I don't really notice it.

Paying for parking is frustrating, there isn’t a spot when we get home anyway. The mass amount of dog poop is ridiculous. It shows there’s no accountability for lazy pet owners and the business along Hill and Berry suffer from it. Nothing like a night out to Rocker Spirits starting by stepping in poo!

I’ve lived here for a number of years and would highly recommend. Mike is so quick and thorough in maintenance requests. The buildings are in good shape with no over the top bells and whistles, making it homey and quiet.

Solid price, but you’ll get what you pay for unfortunately. Only amenity is the dog park which is rarely clean because of lazy residents, wouldn’t recommend using. Snow removal is usually slow and little to nothing is done to mitigate ice (I slipped multiple, multiple times). The dumpsters will disappear for a couple days and reappear. The corridors get cleaned, but not that well. They’ll do random improvements that no one wanted. Your unit will turn into an oven in the summer, regardless of how many windows you open, only in wall AC units are provided and they don’t work well at all. Parking was solid, never had to search for a spot. You will notice the train and fire trucks very quickly, they are loud. Really, their only redeeming quality is the price for minimal quality and the location for walking to dinner/drinks.
