Having stayed here for more than a year now, and with active maintenance and renovations happening across the complex, it has been nothing but a perfect and pleasant experience getting to live here. Ashley's been lovely to work with, supper attentive to anything going on, and more than helpful to anything we've needed. So happy and content to get to live here.

I have lived here for several years and it has been a great place to live. Very close to downtown Littleton with lots of great restaurants and to the light rail. The place is generally very quiet and things are fixed in the apartments quickly. Would recommend!!

Coming from out-of-state, Ashley was instrumental in helping me find the perfect unit and getting me set-up for move in! The location cannot be beaten, appliances and upgrades in the unit are wonderful, and maintenance is always responsive. I moved-in sight unseen, and nothing has disappointed. I really enjoy living here and have had nothing but great experiences.
